چکیده مقاله
Abstract
Camel milk is increasingly recognized for its unique nutritional and therapeutic properties,
making it a valuable ingredient in functional food production. This review explores the diverse
health benefits of camel milk, highlighting its rich composition of bioactive compounds and its
anti allergic, antimicrobial, and anti diabetic properties, as well as its role in promoting gut
health and supporting immune function. Moreover, camel milk’s nutritional advantages such as
its higher mineral content and lower allergenic potential distinguish it from cow’s milk. The
review also discusses camel milk’s role in various medical conditions, including diabetes
management, infections, and cancers, while addressing challenges in its production, global
marketing, and consumer acceptance. While the therapeutic potential of camel milk is promising,
further research and development are needed to improve its marketability and establish quality
standards for camel milk products.
